About the role

The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership while driving the development of next-generation aircraft systems, subsystems, and technologies.
This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, managing technical schedules, controlling budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful achievement of program objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
The Project Manager will be responsible and be the single point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects.

Lead advanced aircraft system development projects from concept through certification, production transition, and deployment
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule, cost, or technical performance issues
Manage program risks, opportunities, assumptions, and dependencies
Manage supplier performance and support subcontractor integration activities.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop and execute capture strategies
Support proposal development, project estimating, and strategic planning activities
