Responsibilities
- The Program Management Manager determines project requirements, schedules, and capital expenditures to develop detailed project and program plans.
- Manages cross-functional teams; coordinates all project activities to drive projects from initial to completion.
- Performs project risk analysis, identifies risk areas, and develops alternate mitigation measures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and manage changes within the program to ensure goals are met.
Requirements
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or related leadership roles.
