About the role
- Our portfolio of leading retailers and brands such as LOOKFANTASTIC, Myprotein, ESPA, Perricone MD, and Cult Beauty form our two core businesses: THG Beauty and THG Nutrition.
- About the Facilities & Engineering Team and the Role The Facilities team is responsible for maintaining all THG sites, ensuring that all colleagues and visitors are in a clean, safe environment while on site.
- Reporting to the Site Manager, the Facilities and Engineering Manager will be a key member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all statutory and regulatory compliance for the site.
- Create and manage engineering (capex/opex) budgets with accurate forecasting and finance alignment.
- Lead capital projects, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget, high‑quality delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs (e.g. RCM, CBM, FMEA).
- Manage third-party contractors effectively.
- Manage team performance, recruitment, and development (including apprentices/graduates).

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years site Engineering, Facilities Management and leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience of PPM strategy, improvement techniques and tools
- Deliver PPM safely, on time, within budget, and to required standards.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
