About the role
- While there are times for quiet concentration, you'll also be expected to move actively throughout the office and travel occasionally to various locations, including dynamic construction sites, utilizing different modes of transportation.

Requirements
- Undergraduate or associate's degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Excel Proficiency
- Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings
- You are expected to monitor and respond to communications (phone calls, emails, text messages) as required to address these situations effectively.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide technical training for Primavera P6 for candidates who demonstrate high-level analytical potential and a "quick-study" approach to new software.

- Results-Oriented
- The ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds on occasion (think a box of files or small office equipment), is also required.
- You will also spend time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels.

Compensation

- For this role, the base salary range is $ 70,000-80,000.
Benefits
- You will support the Project Schedulers by managing the flow of data into Primavera P6, using Excel to audit schedule health, and creating reports that track project milestones.
- A pre-employment drug "fitness for duty" screening is required, and the company conducts random quarterly drug "fitness for duty" tests.
