About the role

  • Responsible for sourcing strategy, supply market analysis, supplier capability assessment, supplier recruitment and management, RFQ/P development, analysis of complex data, and managing projects across multiple sites
  • Participates in assessment and prioritization of strategic sourcing opportunities to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure price controllership via PPV reporting and contract management

  • The Strategic Sourcing Manager will identify and implement significant cost reduction strategies; while improving quality, delivery and service from our supply base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years strategic purchasing experience or equivalent.
  • Proven success in meeting aggressive cost reduction, supplier negotiation and productivity targets.
  • Thorough knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ERP systems

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • CPSM and/or APICS certified
