- As a Consultant, Health and Safety, you'll help clients proactively address their most significant EHS risks, enhance safety culture, and achieve regulatory compliance with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Implement Safety Management Systems and conduct risk assessments for regulatory compliance.
- Perform incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.
- Lead safety and industrial hygiene programs with qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex EHS challenges and regulatory issues.
- Design and direct corporate H&S strategies across diverse industries.
- Manage projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule while exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and deliver training.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and expand ERM's market presence.
- Drive the development and implementation of Safety Management Systems that set industry benchmarks.
- Lead risk assessments and incident investigations that uncover root causes and prevent future harm.
Requirements
- Additional experience with environmental compliance is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience with running safety programs.
- Consulting experience with proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions.
