About the role

The Maintenance Tech Coordinator at Comfort Revolution Mfg of Miss is responsible for coordinating and supporting the maintenance department's activities to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, parts usage, and labor hours within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
This role involves scheduling, record-keeping, and communication to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment, with experience in a coordination or administrative role preferred.
Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Fiix) is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
