Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of data pipelines to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources.
- Develop and improve dashboards and visualizations to enhance data interpretation and decision-making processes.
- Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support R&D initiatives and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with senior Scientific Data Transformation Leaders to enhance data quality, accessibility, and integrity according to Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability (FAIR) principles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related fields with plans to graduate by Spring 2029.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
Nice to have
- A strong interest in data management, biopharmaceutical R&D, and digital transformation strategies.
- Basic understanding of FAIR data principles and data standardization processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with fluency in English
- French is advantageous.
- Nice to have: Programming (Python, R, SQL), visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), data analysis, communication skills, problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
- Having a personal vehicle is preferred as commuting in the area is not recommended.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $27.00 - $47.00 hourly.
- All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
