This remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized project management professional who enjoys coordinating complex healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing initiatives from planning through final delivery.
You will play a central role in connecting cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working alongside account, creative, editorial, and production teams, you will help keep stakeholders aligned while proactively identifying risks and solving challenges.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, workflows, and resource allocations to support successful project execution.
Lead internal project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
Support budget tracking, resource coordination, and workload management across multiple concurrent projects.

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience overseeing projects from planning through successful delivery.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow management software.
Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production workflows is an advantage.

Competitive annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
