About the role
- Responsible for direct delivery of patient care in clinic and hospital settings, primarily clinic.
- Communicates and coordinates regularly with the Clinic Director and Office Manger to assure effective integration of clinical and administrative functions.

- Advise Clinic Director, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer in matters concerning staff professionalism and conduct of professional and support staff.
- Assists in the recruitment and orientation of new medical support staff.
- Assists in the development of training and continuing education opportunities for medical support staff.
- Actively participates in assuring continuing quality control in the delivery of health services to BSHC patients.
