About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accessibility & Compliance: Design, develop, and remediate instructional materials to meet accessibility standards (including WCAG)
  • Resource Creation: Develop and maintain digital accessibility training materials including guides, reference manuals, online modules, and templates to support faculty and staff.
  • Consultation & Training: Provide one ‑ on ‑ one coaching, lead workshops, and create training resources focused on best practices in digital accessibility and instructional technology.
  • Designs, develops, and delivers faculty development and engagement programs and activities
  • The center provides collaborative professional development, strategic digital ‑ tool integration, and instructional support designed to enhance student engagement and success.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience with a university L earning M anagement S ystem (LMS)
  • Finalist candidate(s) being considered for hire will be required to provide three professional/supervisor references through an external reference checking tool.

Compensation

  • $57,500 - $ 67,500 /annually.
  • Salary will be determined by finalist's experience, training, education, and equity-based factors.
