About the role

  • As a core member of our Business Development team, you'll take the handoff from our Account Executives - owning the client relationship and making sure every account reaches its full potential.
  • This is a land-and-expand role at its core.
  • Once we win a client, you're responsible for making sure they stay, grow, and get more value out of PactFi over time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of our private credit clients, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and joint business planning sessions, facilitating strategic conversations that connect our product capabilities to each client's evolving investment objectives.
  • Own the full post-sale client lifecycle - driving product adoption, deepening engagement across PactFi's suite of products, and identifying expansion opportunities within your book of business.
  • Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, and continuously optimize outcomes across your portfolio.
  • Develop a prioritization framework for your portfolio based on revenue potential, engagement depth, and expansion opportunity.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - you can build trust quickly with senior investment professionals and handle difficult conversations with composure.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
