Responsibilities
- As a Technical Program Manager at Retool, you'll be the connective tissue across our engineering, product, and design organizations - keeping complex, multi-team programs on track and ensuring we ship the right things at the right time.
- You'll own end-to-end delivery of our most critical cross-functional initiatives, from scoping and planning through launch and retrospective.
- You'll work across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment, surface risks early, and remove blockers before they slow us down.
- You're a force multiplier for the teams you support.
- WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH: You'll partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, and senior leadership across the company.
- We're a lean, high-velocity team, and TPMs here own more than just schedules - they shape how programs get structured, influence technical decisions, and help the org learn how to work better over time.
