Responsibilities

  • Join DMH-USA, a trusted partner of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, in an exciting role as CNC Programmer - Operator.
  • Studies blueprints and creating the design, cutting plastics and manipulating it to build the project, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery.
  • Supports lean manufacturing through 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
  • Basic English reading and speaking skills required to
  • Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position; lift up to 50 pounds and standing for 4 or more hours at a time
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
  • understand work instructions and safety information

Nice to have

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution center, preferred.
  • 1 or more years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferred.

Compensation

  • $19k-$23k

Benefits

  • $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (final offer within this range based on skills, experience, and internal equity)
