About the role

Middesk is looking for a tenacious and versatile full-cycle Recruiter to help shape our future.
You're a generalist who digs into the why behind a hiring plan, and who's comfortable moving across functions, from engineering to go-to-market.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2+ days per week in our SF office.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing - across multiple concurrent searches spanning technical and go-to-market roles
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build structured interview processes, and sharpen how we position Middesk in a competitive talent market
High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment

3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to both technical and business roles
Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent

Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates
