  • We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (eCommerce) with strong experience in digital commerce platforms to join our team in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops
  • Manage requirements traceability and alignment across project lifecycle
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across eCommerce platforms
  • Support replatforming initiatives (e.g. Shopify migrations) and site redesigns
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams on experience optimization and conversion improvements
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or eCommerce environments
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or other enterprise commerce platforms, combined with a strong understanding of UX, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, AEM, etc.)
  • Exposure to headless commerce or composable architectures
  • Familiarity with search and discovery tools (Algolia, Bloomreach, Coveo, etc.)
  • Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
  • Knowledge of multi-market / international eCommerce operations
  • Familiarity with CRM, paid media, and digital marketing ecosystems

Compensation

  • The offered salary range is 90.000-120.000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
