Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery.
- Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans that align with IOP level-of-care requirements and evidence-based best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable treatment setting.
- Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
- Ability to effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community members.

- Licensed clinical therapist in Ohio
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

- Schedule: This role follows the anticipated schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p EST. Please note that this schedule may evolve based on organizational needs, and flexibility may be required as Steadfast Health continues to grow.
Nice to have
- Qualified and interest in obtaining a license in North Carolina
- Certification in addiction counseling is a plus.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.
- Preferred: Qualified and interest in obtaining a license in North Carolina

Compensation
- $70,000 - $80,000, with a 5% performance based monthly bonus, as well as a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
