About the role

  • If so, then the Account Management Division Manager may be the position for you!
  • This is a traveling position that is responsible for leading a team in an assigned territory which includes food processing plants in a set region.
  • This role involves managing and controlling the budgeted costs of chemicals, equipment, freight/fuel, and labor within your territory while maintaining open communication with management about any variances.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the approval process for expenses of territory personnel.
  • Maintain integrity, honesty, initiative, and customer focus.

Requirements

  • Over 50+ years of experience in creating long-lasting partnerships.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Associate's degree or 7-10 years in sanitation/food processing industry.
  • Proficient computer skills associated with Microsoft Office and basic skills required to learn new programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Nice to have

  • Area Manager or equivalent experience (18 months experience at this level preferred).

  • Work experience or education in Food & RTE Processing Operations, Quality Assurance, or Sanitation.

  • The Account Managment Division Manager will work cooperatively with Safefoods, A division of Fortrex, management team, team members, and customers to ensure the streamlined ordering, delivery, and application of our products.
  • Supervise a team of Account Management Area Managers and Account Managers to achieve stated goals and serve our customers with excellence.
  • Consistently seek ways to reduce cost and increase efficiency for the company and our customers.
