Responsibilities

- Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues efficiently, escalating as needed.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight, replenishment for the sales team, and completion of monthly field reconciliations.
- Streamline operational processes, support special projects as assigned, and deliver high‑quality customer service to B2B clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of sale support or data/order entry experience
- Current, valid Driver's License.
- Experience with medical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs is a plus

Compensation
- Applicable to US Applicants Only: The base salary for this position is $24 - $26/hour plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities b ased on role eligibility and performance.
