Expansion/Market Planner Scope Lumen is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join the Expansion Planning team.
Improve network efficiencies by addressing latency, owned vs leased assets, and deployment of new technology.
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

The Main Responsibilities Partner with the Account Team and Solutions Engineers to develop efficient architecture solutions for new customer deals and network expense recovery.
Develop collaborative planning solutions to aid in the long-term growth of the company from a network advancement and revenue perspective.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new near net assets in high revenue growth areas and expansion markets.
Provide support through the implementation stages by performing capital budget/variance management and network design reviews.
