- About Optima Medical: Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 30 locations and over 130 medical providers, caring for more than 200,000 patients statewide.
- We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular care, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services.
- You will serve as both a clinical provider and an advocate for disease prevention, supporting patients on their path toward improved wellness.

Skills
- Proven experience as a Primary Care Physician in an outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care management
