About the role

  • This role calls for a full-stack engineer with deep AWS expertise who can architect scalable, always-on platforms while modernizing legacy systems, all while working in an AI-native, spec-driven development workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build always-on API platforms that scale to enterprise demand
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define and execute agile development plans
  • Develop, test, deploy, and support production-grade security tooling and services
  • Evaluate designs critically, including AI-generated code, to catch security gaps and architectural weaknesses before they reach production
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and deploying production systems on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway), with a track record of customer-facing applications in production
  • Expertise building secure, large-scale systems using fault-tolerant technologies such as Elasticsearch, CockroachDB, Oracle, MongoDB, and Kafka

  • AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer)
  • CISSP, CCSP, or similar security certification
  • AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway)
