- Business Development Execution: Oversee the strategic opportunity pipeline, including client onboarding, RFPs, proposals, contract strategy, and CRM forecasting to ensure successful pursuit and execution of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- This role identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, drives market expansion, and cultivates high-value client and strategic partner relationships to accelerate sustainable growth.
- Working closely with executive and division leadership, the Director develops and executes corporate growth strategies, aligns cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the successful implementation of business development efforts that strengthen the company's competitive position and expand its market presence. ___________________________________________________________
- Lead enterprise-wide business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, developing long-term growth strategies, and advancing corporate and divisional objectives across all Pleasant Valley service lines.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with clients, strategic partners, public agencies, and community stakeholders to drive client retention, business expansion, and long-term organizational value.
- Partner with executive and division leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities, develop integrated client solutions, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment in the execution of corporate development priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, business development, or a related strategic growth role.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
