About the role

Summary: The Loan Advisor role is a customer focused, inside sales position within the Call Center.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include: Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program.
Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI's set by Management.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: NMLS/SAFE, at least 1 active license or at a minimum, the ability to be licensed without having to retake the SAFE exam.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and workplace policies.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and workplace policies.
Ability to analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures, and governmental regulations.
Ability to write professional correspondences.
Ability to write routine business reports.
Mathematical
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions.
Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
