About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to interpret construction plans accurately and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with water damage restoration procedures, caulking techniques (including stucco), fixture installation, flooring installation (tile or wood), and drywall finishing.
ability to interpret schematics accurately for precise fabrication or installation tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work across various projects, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency.

Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, siding, cabinetry, doors, fixtures, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, and metal stud framing as needed for various projects.
Conduct restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, and mold remediation.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards including power tool safety protocols and proper handling of equipment.
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of framing, trim carpentry, roofing, masonry, and restoration techniques.

Strong understanding of safety practices related to power tools and construction site protocols.
