Responsibilities
- Description Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a talented Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join a growing team of engineers, technicians, and scientists supporting a diverse customer set to solve a complex set of technical challenges.
- As a member of the team, a successful candidate will lead cross-functional technical efforts supporting defense and government programs while working closely with highly collaborative team members to:
- Lead integrated product teams across engineering, operations, quality, logistics, and other functional areas
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned efforts
- Perform technical analysis to support system design, trade studies, risk reduction, and decision-making
- Coordinate requirements development, design reviews, integration, test, and delivery activities
- Identify technical, schedule, and program risks and help develop mitigation plans
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- BS in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field (equivalent experience may be accepted)
- Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Clearance
- Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis, trade studies, and system-level assessments
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, test, and delivery
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with demonstrated experience in a technical environment
- Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government programs
- Demonstrated experience with risk management, configuration management, or formal technical reviews
