- Job Description As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and business continuity across the plant.

Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional project teams to implement strategic plant initiatives, achieve cost savings targets, and support business continuity.
- Develop project plans, business justifications, technical specifications, and budgets.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including product design changes, sustainability initiatives, process improvements, and equipment implementation.
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors on equipment design, specifications, concepts, and contract negotiations.
- Independently identify solutions, secure resources, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement test methods, process validations, and measurement system analyses.
- Support additional business initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Science, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years leading continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience with machine design and manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of safety and ergonomic principles.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, planning, and financial concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
