About the role
- The Operations Engineer - Electrical is responsible for leading small to medium-scale projects and the rollout of engineering initiatives.
- Ensure optimal availability of critical electrical
- Implementation and continuous development of our maintenance regimes and site operating procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs).
Responsibilities
- Interacts with internal and external teams, including design and construction management of new facilities and Yondr facility management and operations.
- Contribute to the preparation of root cause analysis to drive long-term system This may involve managing third-party experts.
- Providing inputs to our design team regarding operational and maintainability aspects of existing and new designs.
- A global developer, owner operator and service provider of data centers, we deliver complex data center capacity needs for the world's largest tech companies.
Requirements
- Attending required meetings with key stakeholders to represent Operations in technical discussions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to understand the big
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the design, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems in critical environments, preferably data centers.
- Experienced in the delivery of highly complex technical

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field preferred, experience would be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's.
- 8 -10 years of relevant experience (with 5+ years of experience working in data centers and/or critical environments preferred).
