About the role

Job Description Summary: The Freestyle Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for directing the work of other Logistics employees are assigned by the Supervisor.
The Format Freestyle Shipping and Receiving Coordinator must possess leadership qualities and with a strong commitment to safety, quality, procedural and policy adherence, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Works well in a team environment, across functional boundaries.

Develop, implement, and sustain standard work procedures.
Review Freestyle order 2-3 days in advance for customer service issues and request support when needed
Coordinate the building, loading, and paperwork completion for Canada loads with leads
Perform inventory reconciliation
Perform audits, as scheduled, and requested
Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.

3+ years of related experience in distribution / shipping leadership required
Operational knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and compliance
Knowledge of safe work practices, including OSHA regulations, forklift certification, and training
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
Ability to understand, record, and communicate material and product information
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel and have good computer skills
Receive, store, and distribute material and product, as required
Travel Required:

Excellent leadership skills including development, supervision, and accountability
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven problem-solving ability

United States of America: 50,357 USD - 61,547 USD
