About the role

Quality & Operational Improvement: Identify service delivery and operational improvement opportunities.

Support and drive implementation of security enhancements.
Collaborate in the design, development, and launch of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role responsible for service rollout, delivery, and scaling.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification plus.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership, with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and managing customer expectations.
Hands‑on experience with security engineering, including cybersecurity tool implementation, deployment, operational support, and service delivery across internal teams and partners.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and risk topics and influence stakeholders.
