About the role

  • Quality & Operational Improvement: Identify service delivery and operational improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive implementation of security enhancements.
  • Collaborate in the design, development, and launch of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role responsible for service rollout, delivery, and scaling.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership, with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and managing customer expectations.
  • Hands‑on experience with security engineering, including cybersecurity tool implementation, deployment, operational support, and service delivery across internal teams and partners.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and risk topics and influence stakeholders.
