Responsibilities
- Lead and direct field personnel on assigned projects or work tasks
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Ability to operate and maintain a service vehicle safely
- Ability to maintain organized jobsite documentation and records
- Hard Bid & Design-Build Projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certification: None required
- Must wear required PPE at all times
- Overtime, night shifts, and travel/out-of-town work may be required
- Use of ladders and construction equipment required

- Position Summary
- This role functions as a crew leader / working foreman, overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Plan and organize work activities for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ensure materials are ordered, received, and available on schedule
- Maintain required personal tools as directed by leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety manuals, and procedures
- Direct field installation of electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and equipment
