Responsibilities

  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems teams to deliver scalable solutions supporting financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics
  • Lead system enhancements by defining requirements, coordinating testing, and supporting successful implementations
  • Provide advanced production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven ability to partner effectively across business and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Finance and Accounting systems, including SAP BPC Planning, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or SAP solutions.
  • 8+ years' experience with financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and close processes.
  • Prior experience gathering business requirements, testing system enhancements, and supporting project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of SOX controls, governance, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with SAP Group Reporting and S/4HANA Finance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or finance transformation initiatives.

Skills

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP BPC Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related finance technologies.

  • Who we're looking for
  • Toyota's Accounting & Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst specializing in BPC Planning with experience in SAC.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide production and enhancement support for Finance systems supporting the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Reporting to the Finance Accounting System and Technology Manager, the person in this role will support the FAST department's objective to deliver key finance systems initiatives and strategic technology objectives.
  • The position partners closely with business stakeholders to bridge the gap between Finance and Information Systems, ensuring the successful design, enhancement, and support of financial systems.
  • In addition, the role provides ongoing operational support, SOX compliance oversight, change management leadership, and business consulting services to drive process efficiency and business value.
