Track and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and compliance requirements, as well as maintain records and oversee college fixed assets utilized in food service operations.
Collaborate with managers in the day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for reference purposes.
Develop a key performance indicator program for service level agreements.
