Responsibilities
- Perform internal and external building maintenance, including structural repairs to windows, doors, and drywall.
- Manage, organize, and maintain inventory within designated company storage units.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and professional presentation of the clinic space.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general commercial maintenance, construction, or a skilled trade contractor role.
- ability to interact professionally with employees and clients.
Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with employees and clients.
- Organizational
- Excellent time management capabilities with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Travel: Ability to travel to clinic locations in Texas and Oklahoma as operationally required.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting are required.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Requires working under stressful conditions to meet demand.
