About the role
- The CSLP student worker's work schedule is dependent on the hours of operations and needs of NextGen Creatives; however, CSLP student workers may not work more than 20 hours per week during the academic year (i.e., fall/spring).
- If eligible, CSLP student workers can work during summer (i.e., May - August).
- Note: All FWS and FWS-CSLP positions require applicants to complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa to be reviewed for FWS-eligibility and awarded FWS.
Responsibilities
- Implement social media strategies and marketing efforts to promote literacy programs and theatrical productions.
Requirements
- Comfort supporting youth from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Enrolled at GCU in a bachelor's program or master's program full-time during fall/spring or half-time during summer.
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
- Have passion and willingness to help others succeed.
- Possess strong ethics, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
