About the role

  • The Growth Channels Omnichannel retail marketing team is looking for an Associate Analyst based in El Segundo, CA.
  • This role will work across the retail marketing team and interact with the sales team on a regular basis.
  • This is a great opportunity to learn the omnichannel retail marketing function within a leading global organization.

Responsibilities

  • We create innovative products and experiences that inspire fans, entertain audiences and develop children through play.

  • Analysis of marketing programs to develop recommendations for optimization
  • Lead key business analysis including market share, sales and competitive to uncover opportunities for growth
  • Manage cross-brand promotional tracking tool including weekly updates, accountability of data and promotional shareouts
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities, including local insights collection and synthesis of performance of brand/products
  • Help drive marketing execution with a cross-functional team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 0-2 years' related work experience
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems as they arise

Nice to have

  • Experience in category management, trade or brand marketing, space planning, consumer research, sales and/or finance is a PLUS
