About the role
- Manager, TCG Global Sustainability is responsible for defining and leading sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, and execution exclusively for The Pokémon Company International's Trading Card Game (TCG) business.
- This role ensures the TCG supply chain meets global sustainability regulations, advances environmental impact reduction initiatives, and integrates data-driven sustainability practices across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging.
- This position operates as the TCG sustainability owner, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Manufacturing, Packaging, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Own TCG sustainability goal-setting, prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and external advisors to monitor evolving regulations and proactively assess TCG impacts.
- Lead readiness planning, documentation, and response for audits, disclosures, and regulatory reporting affecting the TCG business.
- Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of sustainable materials and packaging solutions for TCG products.
- Develops and execute TCG supply chain sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, waste minimization, and responsible sourcing.
- Define and lead TCG-specific sustainability strategy aligned with business growth, supply chain resilience, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, and vendors to embed sustainability requirements into supplier standards and sourcing decisions.

Compensation
- For this role, new hires generally start between $129,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year.
- The full range is $129,000.00 - $233,000.00 per year.
- This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
- The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
