Responsibilities
- Travel to visit representatives in assigned region for trainings, meetings, events, and overall relationship building.
- Participate in customer dinners, product trainings, and other events which will include some evenings and weekends. Support other Regional Managers as needed during customer visits.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve performance and effectiveness of assigned representatives.
- Develop, communicate, and manage sales targets with assigned representatives.
- Maintain familiarity with competitor's products, pricing, promotion, and placement in the market.
- Participate in and support marketing programs to promote products and create value-added services.
- Collaborate with the sales support team as needed.
- Confidently deliver engaging, in-person presentations to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the HVAC industry or other technical fields required.
- Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations in front of large groups required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

- The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $144,462-$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
