About the role

You will have total ownership of the construction group's project management including project deliverables, budgets, quality assurance and schedule whilst leading ongoing staff development and retention efforts.

Lead the Construction Management Group, nationally
Work with the group's leadership team to plan, manage, execute, and deliver various projects on time, on budget and in line with our clients' expectations.
Lead the RFP/RFQ process including site visits, client meetings, scope development, preparation of project approach, technical plans and schedules
Create and review monthly metrics
Manage direct reports, including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians and alike
Create and review monthly metrics; KPI's, budgets, and estimates
Manage direct reports, including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians and alike; this includes ongoing staff development and retention
