About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us execute on our impactful product roadmap.
- The problems are often messy as a single patient workflow can cross several systems, customer needs vary, and reliability and privacy are table stakes.
- This is a full-stack product engineering role, with a backend emphasis.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our world-class engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
- Participate actively in design and development discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Move quickly with the team to ship reliable products, meet ambitious goals, and deliver a five-star customer experience.
- You will develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
- You'll bring structure to that ambiguity, make practical tradeoffs, and own your work to design and build systems from the MVP through to a mature, scaled product.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of impact at a major tech company or a high-growth startup.
- Comfort working with APIs, relational data models, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
