About the role

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 65000 USD to 75000 USD.
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Provide technical Customer support for the Lightning and Singularity for Banking applications via phone or e-mail to existing customer base
Assist in the design and specifications of system enhancements
Develop and maintain an understanding of securities and investment accounting best practices to use in coaching our clients to successful utilization of our software and services
Develop detailed knowledge of client companies - decision makers, influencers, types of business units, invested asset.
Strong analytical ability to perform full range of problem-solving tasks - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology

Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
2-4 Years of experience and Strong knowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLO, Swaps, etc
