Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in rotating equipment training activities.
  • Individual must have a strong background in rotating equipment.
  • The individual should have experience in training, program development, project management, etc.
  • Preferably, experience in maintenance, operations, components, and troubleshooting of steam turbines and compressors.
  • Individual must have good communication skills (verbal and written), organization skills, and computer skills, (experience with PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.)
  • Ideal candidate must have sufficient technical or mechanical ability to grasp ideas and organize them into easily understood presentations, illustrations, and/or written descriptions.

Compensation

  • Semi-annual review of repair center employee records to note training deficiencies and schedule to correct.
