Responsibilities
- Perform air sealing installation including caulking, foaming, weatherstripping, and sealing building envelope penetrations
- Support or perform blower door testing and duct leakage testing
- Identify air leakage and insulation deficiencies in the building envelope
- Document completed work, job conditions, and test results
- Our patented Aeroseal duct sealing technology has transformed how buildings manage airflow, reducing energy consumption, improving indoor air quality, and ultimately lowering utility costs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Nice to have
- Construction, insulation, or HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites Performance Expectations:
- Achieve required blower door and duct leakage targets
- Minimize rework and failed inspections
Skills
- Blower door and duct testing equipment
- Foam guns, caulking tools, and sealing materials
- Ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and unfinished construction sites
