About the role
- The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of residential.
- This position contributes to maintaining high standards across the portfolio by assisting with property maintenance, financial management, and administrative functions, ensuring remain well-maintained, efficient, and financially successful.
- Property Management: Assist with scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs to ensure are well-maintained upon approval from the Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Interact with Building Managers in a professional manner to resolve problems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date property files and records.
- Prepare lease agreements, notices, and other property-related documents.
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Help with developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
