About the role
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk, under the direction of the Supervisor, will primarily be responsible for invoicing, maintaining all open and closed A/R files, and other duties as assigned.
- This is a full-time permanent position working out of our head office in Vaughan, ON.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk, under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor, will primarily be responsible for invoicing, maintaining all open and closed A/R files, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and job files
- Prepare, review, letters, and invoices, maintain customer contact listing for the company
- Maintain all open and closed A/R files in a consistent and orderly method
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements
- Download and upload information to and from client specific systems as required
Nice to have
- Three to five years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Familiar with Sage 300 ERP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using Mac software and hardware-Don't need this line
- Experience in Construction industry in strongly preferred
