About the role
- Specific Responsibilities: Request that Work Orders be issued (for Maintenance Technicians) for necessary repairs that require time and materials beyond the scope of the Room Technician's responsibility.
- Respond to requests for guest room assistance in situations where other Maintenance Technicians are unable to in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant contact with housekeeping office to ensure all facets of the room PM program is being performed at an efficient and economical manner.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills, knowledge, and background as it pertains to the Group facilities.
- Maintain accurate work records of duties performed.
- Maintain storage areas in an orderly manner in compliance with all building fire and safety codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- As a Rooms Technician, you'll help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.
