About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance to complete regular fundraising revenue reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate donor and financial records.
- Develop and distribute fundraising reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses that support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage donor data segmentation and list generation for fundraising campaigns, stewardship efforts, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead donor stewardship and recognition programs, including giving societies, donor acknowledgments, impact communications, and engagement strategies that strengthen donor retention.
- Partner with MarCom and cross-functional teams to support fundraising communications, campaign execution, and continuous improvement of advancement operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising operations, advancement services, development, donor relations, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with donor databases, CRM systems, fundraising reporting, and gift administration processes.
- Knowledge of fundraising operations, donor stewardship practices, prospect research, and gift processing procedures.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for fundraising strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Duties may evolve in response to organizational needs, and flexibility will be required.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a nonprofit fundraising or advancement environment.
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, marketing, public administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
