Responsibilities
- That's why we treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, not vendors, and build the financial, operational, and technical infrastructure that powers their success.
- That means you're someone who can look at a problem our team is facing, figure out what to build, and ship it end to end.
- You'll have the autonomy to discover the problems worth solving, design the solutions, and own the outcomes.
- Build the systems that acquire and match candidates at scale.
- Improve the experience for both companies and recruiters, and help us build towards a self-sustaining marketplace.
- Use the immense amount of data that we capture across our platform to build agentic recruiting systems that surface strong matches between candidates, companies, and recruiters.
