Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including roll-forward of manufacturing site files, consolidation files, variance review files, and OPEX commentary files.
- Prepare and maintain consolidation SharePoint files, coordinate analyst submissions, track due dates, and follow up with site finance teams to ensure timely completion of variances inputs.
- Perform spend, applied, and variance reviews across site files and system data
- Support OPEX reporting by refreshing actuals and forecast data, preparing commentary files, collecting analyst inputs, and summarizing key drivers for leadership review.
- Support journal entry preparation, including spend vs. applied adjustments, variance deferrals, and related close entries as needed.
- Support BlackLine reconciliations, SOX compliance activities, external audit requests, and other control activities to ensure timely support, documentation quality, and audit readiness.
- partner with the team to improve close, forecast, and analytics processes.
- Perform spend, applied, and variance reviews across site files and system data; investigate differences between SAP/Fiori, Anaplan, MfgSite files, and consolidation files.
- Identify process gaps, recurring manual work, and reporting inefficiencies; partner with the team to improve close, forecast, and analytics processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with interest in automation, dashboarding, and building scalable reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, or manufacturing finance experience preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Working knowledge of cost accounting, OPEX management, variance analysis, or financial close processes preferred.
- CPA, CMA, MBA progress, or relevant finance/accounting certification is a plus but not required.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position - except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) - may have to go through an export licensing review process.

- The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $68,790 to $94,605.
