About the role

  • PureSpectrum is seeking a motivated Services Representative eager to kick-start their career in market research.
  • In this role, you will learn the foundations of project management by supporting client projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in services projects with supervision and support from senior team members.
  • Develop an understanding of client service offerings, best practices, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the insights industry as it relates to project full-service delivery, sample management, and other important trends that will help PureSpectrum meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Performs work following specific instructions and established procedures under active supervision and regular guidance.
  • Your Responsibilities: Assist in services projects with supervision and support from senior team members.

Requirements

  • Ability to assist in multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to address customer and project needs.
  • Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
  • Ensure all projects you are directly responsible for meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, in budget, and without quality issues.

Nice to have

  • Keep clients informed on critical project developments through preferred channels.
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • interest in project management and the market research industry
  • completion of the PureSpectrum Services internship program is a plus.
